摘要
21世紀已經到來，信息技術日新月異，多媒體技術、通訊技術、網絡技術等已滲透到教育的各個方面，使課堂教學發生了革命性變化，改變著教育的方法、方式以至內容，轉變著人們的教育、教學觀念。面對這些變化，我們應抓住這1時機，適應現代的教育，跟上時代的步伐，把現代教育技術應用于教育教學之中，從而提高教育教學質量，推進素質教育。
本設計重點設計了用戶管理系統，它作為網絡教學系統的1個子系統，在整個系統中起著非常重要的作用。它將用戶分為教師、學生和匿名用戶3種，并在他們各自的權限范圍內為他們提供新用戶注冊、登錄系統、查看資料、修改資料、統計在線人員及人數、在線選課、注銷和退出等功能，在整個系統中有著重要的地位。
