OC曲線與檢驗中犯第Ⅱ類錯誤的概率控制問題
摘要:在整個數(shù)理統(tǒng)計中,假設(shè)檢驗是1個很重要很有應(yīng)用價值的部分,但假設(shè)檢驗中存在著犯兩類錯誤的風(fēng)險。本文就ＯＣ曲線和假設(shè)檢中兩類錯誤的關(guān)系進行了闡述和分析，特別地討論了幾種常見檢驗法的ＯＣ函數(shù)及圖像，以及檢驗中犯第Ⅱ類錯誤的概率控制問題和現(xiàn)實意義。由于ＯＣ函數(shù)在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量抽樣檢驗中得到越來越多的應(yīng)用，并且在抽樣檢驗中對第Ⅱ類錯誤的控制與抽樣成本有直接關(guān)系，因此對此問題的研究具有實際應(yīng)用價值。

OC-curve and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱ errors in inspection
Abstract: In the entire mathematical statistic, hypothesis test is a very importants and valuable part, but it exists the risk of committing two kinds of errors. This thesis elaborations and analyzes oc-curve and the relationship of the two kinds of errors in the hypothesis test. Especially discusses the oc function and image of several common inspection methods, and the problem of probability control of committing the type Ⅱerrors during inspection and its practical meaning. Because the oc function has been applied more and more in the quality sampling inspection of product, and there’s a direct relationship between the control of committing the type Ⅱerrors and the sampling cost, research on this problem has practical application value
