Pilot Study of VMI’s Application in China's Electronic Products Producing Enterprises
 
摘　　要
庫存管理是企業供應鏈管理的一個重要方面，對電子制造企業來說尤為重要。本文以電子制造企業為研究對象,對供應商管理庫存(Vendor Managed Inventory-VMI)在企業中的應用進行了研究，對VMI的實施目標進行了界定，對電子制造企業現階段實施VMI所面臨的問題進行了分析，并且針對問題，提出了應用VMI庫存模式的相關對策。

 Abstract
Inventory management is an important aspect of logistics management of firms，especially for firms that produce electronic products.This article studies on VMI’s application in electronic products producing enterprises and defines the objectives of VMI. Besides, this paper analyses the problems which the electronic products producing enterprises encounter and points out countermeasures
