大學生英語面試成功通關實戰(zhàn)指南
一、英語面試一般包括三輪：
第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候有關業(yè)務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業(yè)領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務強項等。
如果前面都很順利，那么，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關。
二、面試中最需要自信
普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說，一般在進行英語面試時，多是希望考查應聘者聽說讀寫的實際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來說，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應聘者在團體中的工作反應。進一步說，面試官更多的是希望了解應聘者面對指責的態(tài)度。
??姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應用能力為主，所以應聘者在面試當中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當中抬高自己貶低別人。回答問題盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負責范圍內答題，也不要重復其他應聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
三、面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化
新橙英語培訓中心專業(yè)商務面試課程教師chie建議說，學生的先期準備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務方面。專業(yè)英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術語或解答一個技術問題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會有幫助的。
chie介紹說，英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設在一個類似于接待室的地方，而非特別準備的會場，由2-3個人負責面試。
外國人作為考官進行面試時，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可，也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此，應聘者必須準確了解應聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應的對策。
四、英語面試實戰(zhàn)指南
1、介紹教育背景：簡明扼要，實話實說。盡管你在簡歷中對自己的教育背景作了介紹，但在面試時，面試官還有可能就此方面提問。還是事先做點準備吧。a表示interviewer(面試者)，b表示applicant(求職者)。

b?my major is business administration. i am especially interested in“marketing”。(不僅回答了問題，還順帶一句介紹了自己較為感興趣的方面，簡明扼要。)
②a?which university are you attending？
b?i am attending×××university.
③a?have you received any degrees﹖
b?yes. first?i received my bachelor degree in english literature?and then an mba degree.
④a?what course did you like best﹖
b?project management. i was very interested in this course when i was a student. and i think it’s very useful for my present work.
⑤a?do you feel that you have received a good general training﹖
b?yes.i have studied in an english training program and a computer training program since i graduated from university. i am currently studying finance at a training school.
2、介紹工作經(jīng)驗：顯露實力，避免炫耀
①a?have you ever been employed？
②a?your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreign representative office in shanghai?may i ask why you left﹖
b?i worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.however?i left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.i found another job that is more interesting.
③have you done any work in this field﹖
④what qualifications do you have that make you feel you will be successful in your field﹖
⑤a?what have you learned from the jobs you have had﹖
b?i have learned a lot about business know how and basic office skills. in addition?i learned at my previous job show to cooperate with my colleagues.

⑦a?what are your greatest strengths﹖(實話實說好了，不必客氣，但應注意語氣和表情，不要給人炫耀之感。)

3、性格愛好：表現(xiàn)積極、合作的一面

b?i’m afraid i’m a poor talker. i’m not comfortable talking with the people whom i have just met for the first time. that is not very good for business?so i have been studying public speaking.

5、面試結束：禮貌道別。此外，面試官還可能問及你的家庭情況，如家人對你的影響等，也應事先有所準備。
